1. Before payment
Account creation, planning, and scope review are free. You may withdraw an unpaid request at any time without charge.
2. All paid sales are final
Once a one-time service or monthly billing period is charged, the payment is final and non-refundable. This applies whether work has started, whether the customer uses every included check, and whether the observed result passes or fails. A report finding no defect is still a completed verification result.
This policy does not limit a refund or remedy that applicable law makes non-waivable.
3. Limited billing exceptions
Contact billing@klayvora.io promptly if a charge is duplicate, unauthorized, or does not match the approved checkout amount. Klayvora will investigate and correct a confirmed billing error.
If Klayvora determines it cannot lawfully or safely perform the approved paid scope, Klayvora will either re-perform the unavailable service within a reasonable period or refund the amount paid for that unavailable service. Klayvora will select between those two remedies unless applicable law requires a particular remedy.
4. Monthly plan cancellation
The $299 Monthly Verification plan renews each month until cancelled. Cancel through the customer portal when available or email support@klayvora.io before the next renewal. Cancellation prevents future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
There are no prorated refunds or cash credits for a partially used billing period or unused checks. A cancellation request received after renewal applies to the following renewal unless law requires otherwise.
5. Corrections and retests
A factual disagreement does not automatically create a refund. Send the disputed finding and supporting information to support. Klayvora will compare it with the captured evidence and correct a verified factual error. One repair retest within the original scope is included with each completed check.
6. Chargebacks
Contact billing@klayvora.io before filing a chargeback so the transaction, authorization, and evidence can be reviewed. This request does not waive any protected right or deadline. Fraudulent chargebacks or repeated payment abuse may result in account suspension.
