1. Authorized business use only
Use Klayvora only for a lawful business purpose and only for websites, lead paths, destinations, accounts, and communications you own or are authorized to manage. You must be able to document that authority on request.
2. Prohibited testing and access
- Scanning, exploiting, bypassing controls, credential attacks, denial-of-service activity, malware, destructive actions, or attempts to obtain unauthorized data.
- Accessing a private inbox, CRM, calendar, hosting account, domain account, phone system, or administrative interface without explicit written authorization and appropriately scoped credentials.
- Testing outside the approved website, path, timing, device, destination, or action boundary.
- Submitting real personal data when labeled synthetic data can serve the test, or concealing that a synthetic inquiry is a test.
- Interfering with third-party users, inventory, appointments, communications, or systems beyond what is necessary for the authorized check.
3. Prohibited content and conduct
- Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, defamatory, or infringing activity.
- Impersonating a person or business, falsifying authority, fabricating consent, or misrepresenting Klayvora evidence.
- Uploading malware, secrets, payment-card data, government identifiers, health information, or credentials into fields not expressly designed for that information.
- Using the service to evade sanctions, export controls, court orders, platform restrictions, or legal obligations.
- Reselling access, reverse engineering protected portions of the service, or using automated traffic that harms availability or bypasses published limits.
4. Communications and outreach
You may not use Klayvora or connected providers to send spam, misleading commercial messages, unlawful robocalls, deceptive reply prefixes, purchased-list blasts without a lawful basis, or messages that omit required sender identity and opt-out information.
Opt-outs, do-not-call requests, STOP requests, and equivalent negative instructions must be honored promptly. Suppressed recipients may not be re-imported or contacted through another connected channel to avoid the request.
5. Evidence integrity
Do not alter timestamps, remove qualification labels, claim an unobserved destination result, represent a fictional sample as a customer result, or present a report as a certification. Corrections must preserve the original audit history.
6. Platform and provider rules
You must follow applicable terms and technical limits of websites and connected providers. Provider access does not itself create permission to collect, scrape, message, call, or test. Klayvora may apply stricter limits where needed for safety, deliverability, evidence quality, or legal compliance.
7. Enforcement
Klayvora may block an action, quarantine a request, require additional proof, revoke credentials, preserve evidence, or suspend or terminate access when it reasonably believes this policy has been violated or a material risk exists. Serious or unlawful activity may be reported to the affected provider or authorities when required or appropriate.
Report suspected abuse to legal@klayvora.io. Questions about a planned use may be sent to support@klayvora.io before any action begins.
