Surface Verification is one $99.99 check of one public path. Monthly Verification renews at $299 per month and includes four Surface checks per paid billing period.
Do you repair the website?
No. Repairs, deployments, DNS changes, plugin work, and CRM configuration are excluded.
Is this continuous monitoring?
No. The monthly plan schedules four supervised checks per paid billing period; it is not an always-on uptime monitor.
Authorization
Do you need a password?
No. Both offers cover approved public website paths. Any private-destination work requires a separate written scope and authorization.
Will you submit a fake inquiry?
Only a clearly labeled synthetic submission, only after request-specific written authorization.
Can an employee order?
Yes when the employee or agency partner is authorized to request the work for that website.
Payment and delivery
When am I charged?
Only after a human reviews and approves the scope. Creating an account and submitting a scope request are free.
When does the 24-48 hour target begin?
After confirmed payment, final scope and authorization, and receipt of all required details.
What if everything passes?
The report records the passing observations and their limits. It does not promise that future website changes cannot create a problem.
Can I get a refund?
Paid sales are final except for the limited exceptions in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Monthly cancellation prevents future renewals and is not prorated.
