Planning is not testing
Creating an account, entering a website, or requesting a scope review does not authorize Klayvora to submit a form, create a booking, place a call, access a private system, or make a production change.
Public observation
After the request is accepted and paid, Klayvora may inspect the agreed public pages and interact with public controls only as described in the approved scope. The customer confirms that they own the website or are authorized by the owner to request this work. Monthly plan enrollment does not create blanket authorization; each scheduled check remains bounded by its approved path.
Synthetic inquiries require a separate gate
Any synthetic form submission, booking, inbox confirmation, calendar confirmation, or destination-level verification requires request-specific written authorization. The authorization must identify the path and permitted destination. It may be withdrawn before the action occurs.
Never authorized by this form
- Access to hosting, domain, CRM, private inbox, or administrative credentials.
- Production repairs, code deployment, DNS changes, or destructive actions.
- Messages that impersonate a real customer or conceal that the inquiry is synthetic.
- Testing outside the named website or agreed lead paths.
